How to Obtain
Caelid - in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel. Make your way through the tunnel until you kill the Fallingstar Beast boss. Exit the boss room and continue the path in front of you. Eventually you'll reach a room with cages, the weapon being in a chest in the room.
