How to Obtain

Raya Lucaria, Church of the Cuckoo - Found on a corpse guarded by a Twinsage Sorcerer. To access this area, cross the hanging bridge and turn left to jump to a lower platform. Follow the short path until you are faced with the aformentioned enemy.
