Eccentric’s Breeches
The knight Jerren’s breeches.
Increases STR, DEX, VIG by 1 and END by 3. If you’re rune level 1 you gain the following effects:
Grants an additional 1 STR, 1 DEX, 1 VIG.
Witchbane Conversion – When you drink a blue flask, you gain a buff that increases your poise damage by 15% and grants 3% HP recovery per second for 1 minute.

How to Obtain
Found in Caria Manor. Before the lift that leads to the Manor Upper Level grace, go down the ladder to the left and search for a separate building with a hatch and a ladder leading down. Jump to this building, go down the ladder and the breeches are in a chest in the room at the bottom of the ladder.
Eccentric’s Armor
Unusually colorful armor. Worn by the knight Jerren.
Increases STR, DEX, VIG by 2 and END by 4. If you’re rune level 1 you gain the following effects:
Grants an additional 1 STR, 1 DEX and 1 VIG.
Esoteric Rancor – When you drink a crimson flask you gain an effect that increases your weapon damage by 15% and reduces the FP cost of weapon skills by 100% for 1 minute.

Eccentric’s Hood
A pointy, ragged hood. Worn by the knight Jerren. The hood hides an aged, bearded mask.
Increases STR, DEX, VIG by 1 and END by 3. If you’re rune level 1 you gain the following effects:
Grants an additional 1 STR, 1 DEX and 1 VIG.
Thrill of Battle – When you drink your physick, you gain a buff that causes you to gain 1 STR, 1 DEX, 1 END, 1 VIG and 1 Mind whenever you dodge, jump, hit an enemy with a melee attack, hit an enemy with an arrow or bolt or block. This stacks unlimited times. Lasts for 2 minutes. When the primary duration ends, all stacks will also end.
Jerren served General Radahn as a guest commander, and they are said to have sworn an oath of honorable death to one another.
