How to Obtain
Frenzied Flame Proscription – From the Cathedral of the Forsaken site of grace, head towards the altar behind the chest, and open the secret passage by rolling/hitting the altar. Descend the stairs until you come across a large wooden plank, go across the plank, turn left, and you’ll find a tent in the area. In the far corner beyond the tent, you’ll find the full Nomadic Merchant’s set. To gain access to the set, you need to destroy the tent, you can do this by either provoking the nearby Nomad, luring it close, and baiting its frenzy attack to hit the tent, or by standing near the tent and quitting out of the game. When you reload, the tent will be gone, allowing you to collect the set.
