How to Obtain

Three Sisters, Seluvis's Rise - Bought from Preceptor Seluvis for starlight shards after giving "Seluvis's Potion" to the Dung Eater. To do this you must obtain a key to his cell and he must be tied to a chair, which can be done by progressing his questline. You must also have discovered Seluvis's secret room in-between Ranni and Renna's Rise.

Notes

This Spirit Summon is very aggressive, and can use the Shriek of Milos skill to decrease enemy defences.
