How to Obtain

Shadow Keep, Church District - After defeating him twice as an invader (at Belurat, Tower Settlement and in the Church of the Crusade), you'll find his body in the Prayer Room. From the Church District Entrance site of grace, progress through the roofs until you drop down twice, then go left and find a locked door which you can open with the Prayer Room key Queelign dropped after the second encounter. Use an Iris of Grace on the body to get the ashes.
