How to Obtain

Liurnia of the Lakes, Caria Manor - Obtained from Pidia after he is killed by his puppets, if Nepheli has drunk Seluvis's Potion. The potion can only be given after you have progressed Nepheli's questline to the point she returns to the Roundtable after visiting the Village of the Albinuracs. You can only offer the potion once you have talked to Gideon in his room about Nepheli's despair. For Pidia to die, you must progress Ranni's Questline and give her the Fingerslaying Blade. To reach Pidia, you can take the ladder up from the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace.
