The soldiers of Raya Lucaria were also known as the Cuckoos. They were given free rein by the academy to wage war as they pleased, and they were infamous for their rapacious ways.

How to Obtain

Liurnia, Road's End Catacombs - Found in a chest behind an illusory wall, at the third level of the catacombs.

Notes

This Spirit Summon is capable of both close and ranged combat. The Foot Soldiers will most likely attack in close quarters, while the Cuckoo Soldier will assist with it's crossbow.
