How to Obtain
Volcano Cave - From the site of grace, head down into the cave. Turn right and go forwards into the tunnel. Follow this tunnel until it ends. Drop down onto the ledge with two Ancestral Followers. Turn around and head into the tunnel straight ahead. Continue forwards into a room with hostile Spirit Jellyfish and an Ancestral Shaman. The spear is on a corpse on the far side of this room by the Shaman.
