Note: The Spinning Slash Skill on the Dragonkin Halberd has the unique properties of imbuing it with Frost Lightning after it is performed.

How to Obtain

Lower Siofra River - From the Worshipper's Woods site of grace, head south and go around the ruined structure. You will see a fallen pillar to one side of you, climb up it and use the teleporter. After teleporting, head west and then north. Defeat the Dragonkin Soldier to get the weapon.
