Alas, the Dragonkin Soldiers never attained immortality, and perished as decrepit, pale imitations of their skyborn kin.

Sheath the weapon causing frozen lightning to imbue it and then perform a double slash attack and then follow up with another skill attack to perform a forward stab that explodes with frozen lightning. While imbued, the weapon has increased lightning damage.

How to Obtain

Lake of Rot - Head down the hill from the Lake of Rot Shoreside site of grace. Upon reaching the lake, head right until you see large statues and an archway to your right. The weapon is dropped by the Dragonkin Soldier boss inside.
