How to Obtain

Stormveil Castle - Found in the courtyard with flame-spewing turrets, inbetween said turrets. The courtyard can be reached from the Eastern Parapet site of grace, or from the Rampart Tower site of grace by taking the elevator down and passing the Grafted Scion to the left.
