How to Obtain
Lake of Rot – Head down the hill from the Lake of Rot Shoreside site of grace. Upon reaching the lake, head right until you see large statues and an archway to your right. Head inside, the chest holding the weapon is hidden behind a small pillar in the back of the arena. Killing the Dragonkin Soldier is not necessary.
